- Security
As
with any facility, security is a major
issue. The types of security issues
that arise exist across multiple spectrums
including server intrusion, fire protection,
electrical failure, external hack
attempts, data backup, and entry point
intrusion. We have taken great steps
to repel all possible scenarios.

- Connectivity
One
of the most important parts of our
facility lies in our networking. We
have built a reliable network using
100 Base-T ethernet connectivity,
multiple DS3 connections, and redundant
T1 connections to prevent network
outage.

- Hardware
Failure
Before releasing a dedicated server
to our customers, we will "burn"
the server for 12 hours to ensure
that all hardware is properly tested
and no malfunctions are present. In
the event a piece of hardware fails,
we will troubleshoot and replace the
hardware within 2 hours, in the most
extreme cases. In most events, hardware
replacement takes just 15 minutes.
We always carries
at least 5 replacement devices for
each hardware type included in our
dedicated server packages. This means
that hardware replacements are always
on-hand, which minimizes the time
taken to fix hardware-related outages.
- Operating System
Due to recent and ongoing flaws and vulnerabilities with Windows servers we currently only offer Linux hosting featuring Apache 1.3.33
